Registration Requirements:

• The student must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• The student is obligated to pay the course fees as specified in the registration contract.

Attendance and Departure Policy:

• The participant must adhere to the course’s set schedule.

• The student must attend at least 80% of the total course hours.

• If the student misses 4 lectures, their enrollment in the course will be terminated.

• The student must notify the administration in advance if they are unable to attend or will be late.

• Early departure is not allowed without prior permission from the administration.

Behavior Policy:

• The student must adhere to ethical and professional conduct during the course.

• Any inappropriate behavior or disturbance to others is strictly prohibited.

• The use of electronic devices for purposes unrelated to the course is forbidden during lessons.

Refund Policy:

• If registration is canceled before the course starts, 100% of the fees will be refunded.

• After the course starts, the student is not entitled to request a refund of the paid fees.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All educational materials and software used in the course remain the property of the company.

• If the student uses any course materials for commercial purposes, the company reserves the right to take legal action.

• Copying or distributing any training materials without written permission from the company is prohibited.

Course Modifications:

• The company reserves the right to modify the course content or schedule as it deems appropriate.

• Students will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

• The company has the right to cancel the course if the number of students does not meet the minimum requirement.

• If the course is canceled by the company, the fees will be fully refunded to the students.

Certificates:

Certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete the course and meet the attendance and performance requirements.

Warranty and Liability:

• The company does not guarantee that the student will receive any specific job offer through attending the course.

• The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from the student’s use of the information provided in the course.

General Provisions:

• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and students will be informed of any changes.

• يجب على الطالب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل.

• يلتزم الطالب بدفع الرسوم الدراسية كما هو محدد في عقد التسجيل.

​ شروط الحضور والانصراف:

• يجب على المشترك الالتزام بالجدول الزمني المحدد للدورة.

• يجب على الطالب حضور ما لا يقل عن 80٪ من إجمالي ساعات الدورة.

• إذا تغيب الطالب عن 4 محاضرات، سيتم إنهاء تسجيله في الدورة.

• يجب على الطالب إخطار الإدارة مسبقاً في حالة عدم القدرة على الحضور أو التأخر.

• يُمنع الانصراف المبكر دون إذن مسبق من الإدارة.

​ سياسة السلوك​

• يجب على الطالب الالتزام بالسلوك الأخلاقي والمهنية أثناء الدورة.

• يُمنع تماماً أي تصرف غير لائق أو إزعاج للآخرين.

• يُمنع استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية لأغراض غير متعلقة بالدورة أثناء الدروس.

​​سياسة الاسترداد​

• في حالة إلغاء التسجيل قبل بدء الدورة، يتم استرداد 100٪ من الرسوم.

• بعد بدء الدورة، لا يحق للطالب طلب استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية​

• تظل جميع المواد التعليمية والبرمجيات المستخدمة في الدورة ملكًا للشركة.

• إذا استخدم الطالب أي مواد من الدورة لأغراض تجارية، تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.

• يُمنع نسخ أو توزيع أي مواد تدريبية دون إذن كتابي من الشركة.

تعديلات الدورة​

• تحتفظ الشركة بحقها في تعديل محتوى الدورة أو جداولها الزمنية حسب ما تراه مناسباً.

• سيتم إبلاغ الطلاب بأي تغييرات في أقرب وقت ممكن.

سياسة الإلغاء​

• يحق للشركة إلغاء الدورة إذا لم يصل عدد الطلاب إلى الحد الأدنى المطلوب.

• في حالة إلغاء الدورة من قبل الشركة، سيتم استرداد الرسوم بالكامل للطلاب.

الشهادات​

• تُمنح الشهادات للطلاب الذين يكملون الدورة بنجاح ويستوفون متطلبات الحضور والأداء.

الضمان والمسؤولية​

• لا تضمن الشركة حصول الطالب على أي عرض وظيفي محدد من خلال حضور الدورة.

• الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار تنشأ عن استخدام الطالب للمعلومات المقدمة في الدورة.

أحكام عامة​

• تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وسيتم إبلاغ الطلاب بأي تغييرات.
